At Mod Watches UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original display box and protective sleeve, ensuring all warranty cards and adjustment tools are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchanged model within 3-5 business days.
